We are pleased to announce that We have teamed with Project Hope and several others partners to bring into being a new and innovative way to improve the early detection rate of child pneumonia. Our joint project is called "Delivering The Breath Of Life"
Pneumonia is the #1 killer of children under 5 worldwide. Each year 2 million children die of pneumonia - more than AIDS, malaria and measles combined. Preventing these deaths is an essential part of a successful mother and child health strategy. However, childhood pneumonia has been overshadowed as a priority on the global health agenda. It does not receive the attention or funding that such a preventable illness merits. Guardit Technologies and Project HOPE have partnered to conduct live-saving pilot projects that will improve early detection of pneumonia and prevent unnecessary deaths.
